The renovation program for this project included the complete replacement of the existing HVAC system and acoustical tile
ceiling. Renovations also included complete interior painting, repair and replacement of a number of exterior and interior
doors and door hardware, repair and replacement of various toilet areas, renovation of existing PE locker rooms, and
replacement of exterior concrete courtyard surfaces.
