The FWA Group and design consultant MBT Associates worked with a construction manager to provide 18 separate bid packages in a fast-track design which compressed the design and construction schedule. From the time that The FWA Group was awarded the project to the move-in by the Owner was a period of 22 months. Included in that time frame was a site analysis to create a master plan for use of the property and a building program developed by Bill Foust who also served as Project Architect.
