A 200 seat auditorium provides lecture and classroom space. Flexible breakout rooms are designed to serve as temporary offices, student meeting rooms for
collaborative projects or meetings with business partners. Two computer labs can be reconfigured to serve as one large classroom.
The project began with a life safety and space utilization study of the existing Thurmond Hall. Analysis of the site and the utilization study determined
that an annex to Thurmond Hall would provide the most efficient and cost effective solution to meet the needs of the College of Business.
